Taking place this year between 24th & 27th June 2010, the Bordeaux wine festival promises to be THE wine and food event of the year in France.
Held every 2 years, the festival is set along the 2km stretch of the Garonne River waterfront a UNESCO listed world heritage site and features wines from 80 appellations from Bordeaux to Aquitaine as well as major Bordeaux brands. For those of you who don’t know, the festival celebrates wines made from regional grapes such as Saint Emilion, Fronsac, Pomerol, Medoc and Graves.
